Preset Detection System Update

While working on another project I came to realize that my auto detection system had a small issue with regards to the multitude of assemblies a single project can contain. So I created a solution and have propagated the fix to this plugin as well.

No more preset/header detection issues should arise regarding this.

If there are any other issues please let me know and I'll work to get them sorted out.
